Drawquarium platforms
If the question is where the real game runs, the answer I will stand behind is Windows on Steam. Other native platform editions have not been announced in the sources checked.

The store page, row by row
Steam's platform icons for app 4045480 show Windows and not macOS or Linux. The system requirements name Windows 10 64-bit. Windows 11 is not called out as its own line. Consoles are not mentioned at all.
Steam Deck has no compatibility badge on the store page. ProtonDB has no report page for the full game. The demo has a single provisional report, which is not enough for me to recommend a Deck install.
| Platform | Official build | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Windows | Yes | Steam app 4045480 and demo 4331760 |
| macOS | No | Store flag is unsupported |
| Linux | No | Store flag is unsupported |
| Steam Deck | Not confirmed | No badge; one thin demo report |
| Switch, PS5, Xbox | Not announced | No publisher announcement found |
| Android and iOS | Not announced | See the mobile page for name clashes |
| itch.io | No | No Drawquarium page found there |
Input the store actually names
The store tags include a mouse-only option. PC Gamer's May 2026 hands-on said a mouse was enough to draw. A graphics tablet is mentioned in that piece as something the writer used, not as a requirement. Controller support is not confirmed in the material I checked.
Questions people ask
Is Drawquarium on Switch or PS5?
No console version is listed on Steam or in the publisher announcements I checked.
Can my Steam Deck run Drawquarium?
Not confirmed. The full game has no Deck badge, and the demo has only one provisional community report.
Is there an itch.io build?
I did not find a Drawquarium page on itch.io. The install path is Steam.
