I would tell someone the date is 13 November 2026. The minute is a database reading, and a few headlines print the next calendar day; a timezone conversion could explain that, but the reports do not say.

The date two sources agree on
The English Steam store page says 13 Nov 2026. The developer announcement posted on 26 October 2026 says the same date. VGKami, 4Gamer, and Famitsu also print 13 November. I use the store, announcement, and independent media reports for the date.
SteamDB's public app record shows 2026-11-13 17:49:00 UTC. VGKami cites that record rather than a separate clock. The announcement I read does not name an hour, so I label 17:49 UTC as a SteamDB reading, not an official minute.

Why some pages say 14 November
If the SteamDB minute is correct, 17:49 UTC falls on 14 November in UTC+8 and UTC+9. A NewsBreak item and some regional write-ups print that local date, but they do not explain whether it came from a timezone conversion or a separate release schedule. I keep both readings and do not present the cause as confirmed.
The demo itself shipped earlier, on 18 April 2026, after a one-day delay announced on 17 April. That demo date is not the full-game date.
